Research on Equipment Maintenance Support Mode Based on 4S Shop Operation and Maintenance

摘要: 本文从装备维修现状及存在问题入手,对比分析了装备维修保障与汽车4S店服务的异同点,借鉴汽车4S店运维模式,分别从维修资源、维修队伍、维修项目、零配件供应、质量保障、信息管理及个性化服务7个方面提出改进措施,为提升装备维修效能和用户体验满意度提供了参考和借鉴。
Abstract: This paper starts with the status quo and existing problems of equipment maintenance, compares and analyzes the similarities and differences between equipment maintenance support and automobile 4S shop service, and draws on the operation and maintenance mode of automobile 4S shop. Seven aspects of quality assurance, information management and personalized service put forward improvement measures, which provide reference for improving equipment maintenance efficiency and user experience satisfaction.
