Research on Comprehensive Evaluation Method of Product Development Process Quality Based on CCR Model Algorithm of Data Envelopment Analysis

摘要: 为解决产品开发过程质量综合评价的问题,在数据包络分析CCR模型算法的基础上,构建运算模型,把明确研究任务、概念设计、详细设计、工作/工艺图设计作为输入量,样机试制及产品生产作为输出量,通过模型计算判定DEA的有效性,从而对8家单位的产品开发过程进行评价,并且针对DEA无效的决策单位提出了调节优化建议。
Abstract: On the basis of packet analysis model algorithm, the research task, conceptual design, detailed design, work/process design as input quantity, prototype test and product production as output quantity, the DEA effectiveness of the calculation decision of the model is calculated by the model, and the product development process of eight units is evaluated, and the adjustment optimization advice is put forward for the invalid decision DEA unit.
