摘要： 为了有效控制热电企业生产现场隐患与紧急情况，通过对隐患、紧急情况和危险源三者之间的关系进行研究，说明了三者之间的关系，然后结合热电企业的实际生产现场，研究如何基于系统危险源辨识形成热电企业隐患排查标准和应急知识库，进而利用隐患排查标准和应急知识库来提升热电企业隐患排查与应急管理的能力和水平。
Abstract: In order to effectively control the hidden dangers and emergencies at the production site of thermal power enterprises, the relationship between hidden dangers, emergencies and danger sources is studied, and the relationship between the three is explained. Then, combined with the actual production site of thermal power enterprises, this paper studies how to form the hidden danger screening standard and emergency knowledge base of thermal power enterprises based on the identification of system hazard sources, and then uses the hidden danger screening standard and emergency knowledge base to improve the ability and level of hidden danger screening and emergency management of thermal power enterprises.
