Research on the Development Countermeasures of Changsha Construction Machinery Industrial Cluster

摘要： 装备制造业是一个国家制造业的脊梁，以工程机械为典型代表的中国高端装备制造业承担着践行国家战略、支撑国家和地方经济发展的重任。历经多年的发展和积累，长沙工程机械产业在全球的竞争能力、产业规模、行业集聚发展等方面不断增强，并培育出了一批业内知名的龙头主机企业。但仍存在关键核心技术未能自主可控、高端零部件配套能力不足、产业集群建设水平不高等问题。本文通过深入分析长沙工程机械产业集群发展的现状和不足，并从企业自主创新和前沿技术攻关、产业金融地位和作用、产业发展趋势和升级等方面提出对策建议。
Abstract: The equipment manufacturing industry is the backbone of a country's manufacturing industry. China's high-end equipment manufacturing industry, typically represented by construction machinery, undertakes the important task of implementing national strategies and supporting national and local economic development. After years of development and accumulation, Changsha's construction machinery industry has been continuously enhanced in terms of global competitiveness, industrial scale, and industrial agglomeration development, and has cultivated a number of well-known leading host companies in the industry. However, there are still problems such as the failure of independent control of key core technologies, the lack of high-end components and supporting capabilities, and the low level of industrial cluster construction. Through in-depth analysis of the current situation and deficiencies of the development of Changsha's construction machinery industry cluster, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of independent innovation and cutting-edge technology research, the status and role of industrial finance, and the development trend and upgrading of the industry.
