Design of Injection Mould for a Medical Device Handle

摘要: 本设计为一种医疗器械手柄注塑模的设计,论文描述了模具的结构设计思路和注塑工艺。本设计从该手柄的实际零件入手,进行了工艺分析和模具设计。根据零件图提供的数据信息,分析了工艺流程,制定了工艺方案,提出了较为合理的方案,表达了设计想法的初衷,明确了设计的工艺和流程,并对零件做了全方面的校核和计算。设计的结构既保证了模具运行的可靠性,也保证了与其它部件的配合不冲突。
Abstract: This design is a design of an injection mold for medical device handles. The paper describes the structure design ideas and injection process of the mold. This design starts with the actual parts of the handle, and carries out process analysis and mold design. According to the data information provided by the parts drawing, the process flow was analyzed, the process plan was formulated, a more reasonable plan was proposed, the original intention of the design idea was expressed, the design process and flow were clarified, and the parts were checked in all aspects. And calculations. The designed structure not only ensures the reliability of mold operation, but also ensures that it does not conflict with other components.
