Structural Analysis and Performance Design of a Plane Oversized High-rise Residential

摘要: 随着城市化建设进程的加快,高层、超高层建筑得以迅猛发展,不规则的超限建筑也不断涌现。重庆金融城化龙桥片区B5/03,B10/03地块B5-5#楼采用剪力墙结构体系,为B级高度的超高层建筑。该文对工程项目基本概况与结构体系以及结构布置进行分析,阐述项目超限情况原因提出性能目标与设计控制措施,进行了反应谱分析、弹性时程分析、弹塑性时程分析及关键构件承载力验算。各项性能参数结构均满足设计标准,项目审查可行性高达到超限审查要求。可为类似工程的设计提供参考。
Abstract: With the acceleration of urbanization construction, high-rise and super high-rise buildings have developed rapidly, and irregular oversized buildings have also emerged. The B5/03 and B10/03 plots of the Longqiao Area of Chongqing Financial City adopt the shear wall structure system, which is a super high-rise building with a B-level height. This paper analyzes the basic general situation, structural system and structural arrangement of the project, expounds the reasons for the overrun of the project, puts forward performance goals and design control measures, and conducts response spectrum analysis, elastic time history analysis, elastic-plastic time history analysis and bearing load of key components. Force check. All performance parameters and structures meet the design standards, and the project review feasibility is high enough to meet the over-limit review requirements. It can provide a reference for the design of similar projects.
