Design and Construction Management of Karst Tunnel in Menghua Railway

摘要: 岩溶隧道是处于特定地区的特殊地质隧道,存在多种溶洞类型,施工安全风险极高,为形成岩溶隧道安全设计与施工系统管理经验,以蒙华铁路为依托,总结了岩溶隧道处理原则及设计与施工管理创新要点,并结合14座岩溶隧道施工实际,对洞穴型溶腔、管道型溶腔、大型干溶腔及大型富水充填型溶腔等典型溶洞类型及处治方案进行了剖析,强调超前地质预报的重要性,指出对设计和施工方案及时、果断和准确的决策,以及严密规范的现场管理和及时正确的现场处治,是岩溶隧道施工成败的关键。
Abstract: Karst tunnel is a special geological tunnel located in a specific area. There are many types of karst caves, and the construction safety risk is very high. In order to form the management experience of karst tunnel safety design and construction system, based on Menghua railway, this paper summarizes the karst tunnel treatment principles and innovative points of design and construction management, and combines the construction practice of 14 karst tunnels This paper analyzes the typical karst cave types and treatment schemes such as pipeline type karst cavity, large dry karst cavity and large water rich filling karst cavity, emphasizes the importance of advanced geological prediction, and points out that timely, decisive and accurate decision-making for design and construction scheme, strict and standardized on-site management and timely and correct on-site treatment are the key to the success or failure of karst tunnel construction.
