Design of Measurement and Control System of High Pressure Compressor Test Facility

摘要: 高压压气机试验台作为民用航空发动机研制过程中重要的试验设备,其测控系统的设计直接关乎着试验的效率与安全、发动机研制的进程与质量。面向高压压气机试验对试验数据获取和试验工况控制的需求,提出了集成数据采集、设备设施监控和阀门控制于一体的测控系统设计方案,分别从系统软件功能和物理架构设计两个方面进行了阐述。经长时间实际应用表明,该系统满足试验设计要求、运行可靠稳定,减小了试验准备期间的现场劳动强度、提高了试验效率。
Abstract: As an important test equipment in the process of civil aero-engine development, the high pressure compressor test facility, whose measurement and control system is directly related to the efficiency and safety of the test, as well as the process and quality of engine development. To meet the requirements of test data acquisition and test condition control in compressor test, the design scheme of measurement and control system is put forward, which is composed of data acquisition system, facility control system and valves control system. And described from two aspects: software function and physical architecture design of each system. The practical application for a long time shows that the system meets the requirements of test technology well and runs stably and reliably, reduced on-site labor intensity during the test preparation period and improved the test efficiency.
