Quality Control of EPC Project Based on BIM

摘要: EPC项目有效地提高了项目管理效率,但在项目质量控制方面仍存在质量信息碎片化、传递效率低等问题。将BIM技术应用于EPC项目的质量控制,并在设计、采购、建造、运维等阶段融入PDCA循环思想,可有效解决EPC项目质量信息碎片化、传递效率低的问题,提升EPC项目质量管理水平。
Abstract: The EPC project has effectively improved the efficiency of project management, but there are still problems such as fragmentation of quality information and low transmission efficiency in project quality control. Applying BIM technology to the quality control of EPC projects, and integrating PDCA cycle thinking in the stages of design, procurement, construction, operation and maintenance, can effectively solve the problems of fragmented quality information and low transmission efficiency of EPC projects, and promote the quality management level of EPC projects.
