摘要: 针对压接工具繁杂,导致设备管控与维护难、端子压接质量校检难、工具识别难的问题,且小批量多品种的产品特性日益需求工具通用化,本文对压接工序的原理以及质量控制因素进行了详细分析。针对六边免换模压接进行研究,创新性地提出了一种端子压接质量评定方法,可用于实时判断端子压接质量,为之后的压接工序研究提供参考。
Abstract: The complexity of crimping tools leads to difficulties in equipment control and maintenance, terminal crimping quality calibration and tool identification. Moreover, the product characteristics of small batch and multiple varieties increasingly require tool generalization. The principle of crimping process and quality control factors are analyzed in detail. Based on the research of six side die free crimping, an innovative terminal crimping quality evaluation method is proposed, which can be used to judge the terminal crimping quality in real time and provide a reference for the research of crimping process in the future.
