Dynamics Analysis of Rocker Arm Shell of Shearer Cutting Section Based on SolidWorks Simulation

摘要: 针对采煤机截割部摇臂壳体的动力响应问题,工程中的摇臂壳体承受交变应力的作用,采用Solidworks进行三维建模,划分网格,设置边界条件,将载荷与约束完整添加于三维模型上,符合实际情况,采用仿真模块化分析,得到应力变化云图以及前五阶模态振型。根据应力的变化趋势及规律,避免应力集中导致结构断裂,保证采煤机截割部稳定运行。分析前五阶模态振型,基于振动学基本理论,分析采煤机截割部摇臂壳体振动情况。
Abstract: In view of the dynamic response of the rocker arm shell of the shearer cutting section, the rocker arm shell in the project bears the effect of alternating stress. SolidWorks is used for three-dimensional modeling, meshing, setting boundary conditions, and adding loads and constraints to the three-dimensional model, which conforms to the actual situation. Simulation modular analysis is used to obtain the stress change nephogram and the first five modal shapes. According to the change trend and law of stress, avoid structural fracture caused by stress concentration and ensure the stable operation of shearer cutting section. Based on the basic theory of vibration, the vibration of the rocker arm shell of the shearer cutting section is analyzed.
