To See the Development Status of China's Intelligent Manufacturing from the "Technology Innovation China" Technology Application Case Library Project

摘要: 智能制造作为新一轮工业革命的核心技术,不仅是中国制造业变革的核心,同时也是我国制造业转型升级的制高点与未来发展方向。德国工业4.0对未来制造业发展的战略规划,对中国制造2025-2035的完善及其在实践中的推进具有非常重要的战略理念启示价值。为积极推动智能制造发展,中国科协于2020年5月30日推出“科创中国”①品牌,并将技术应用案例库项目作为“科创中国”三年行动计划(2021-2023年)重点任务之一。中国仪器仪表学会承接了2021年“科创中国”智能制造领域技术应用案例库项目,经过广泛征集、评审,最终300项案例录入到“科创中国”案例库。文章围绕“科创中国”的实施路径,对我国智能制造今后的发展规划进行深层次的探讨,希望可以为“一流”学会的建设作出贡献,同时,对智能制造的进一步发展提供助力。
Abstract: As the core technology of the new round of industrial revolution, intelligent manufacturing is not only the core of China's manufacturing industry reform, but also the commanding height and future development direction of China's manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading. The strategic planning of German Industry 4.0 for the future manufacturing industry has a very important strategic concept enlightenment value for the improvement of Made in China 2025-2035 and its promotion in practice. In order to actively promote the development of intelligent manufacturing, the China Association for Science and Technology launched the "Science and Technology China" brand on May 30, 2020, and took the technology application case library project as the focus of the "Technology Innovation China" three-year action plan (2021-2023) one of the tasks. The China Instrument Society has undertaken the 2021 "Technology China" technology application case library project in the field of intelligent manufacturing. After extensive collection and review, 300 cases were finally entered into the "Technology China" case library. The article focuses on the implementation path of "Science and Technology in China", and conducts an in-depth discussion on the future development plan of China's intelligent manufacturing, hoping to contribute to the construction of "first-class" societies, and at the same time, to provide assistance for the further development of intelligent manufacturing.
