Analysis on Seismic Design of Super High-rise Office Buildings

摘要: 随着城市化建设进程的加快,高层、超高层建筑得以迅猛发展,不规则的超限建筑也不断涌现。重庆金融城6号项目3#楼采用框筒结构体系,为超B级高度的超高层建筑。该文简要介绍了建筑的概况、结构体系及结构布置,并针对超限情况提出了性能目标及分析设计措施,进行了反应谱分析、弹性时程分析、弹塑性时程分析及关键构件承载力验算。各项计算结果符合预期性能目标及规范要求,顺利通过了超限审查,可为类似工程的设计提供参考。
Abstract: With the acceleration of urbanization construction, high-rise and super high-rise buildings have developed rapidly, and irregular oversized buildings have also emerged. The 3# Building of Chongqing Financial City No. 6 Project adopts a frame-and-tube structure system and is a super high-rise building with a super B-level height. This paper briefly introduces the general situation, structural system and structural arrangement of the building, and puts forward performance goals and analysis and design measures for the overrun situation. The response spectrum analysis, elastic time history analysis, elastic-plastic time history analysis and bearing capacity of key components are carried out. check. The calculation results meet the expected performance objectives and specification requirements, and have successfully passed the over-limit review, which can provide a reference for the design of similar projects.
