Construction Technology of Static Pressure Pile Planting in Hard Stratum Improved by Rotary Jet Piles
with Limited Clearance in Tidal Waters

摘要: 本文简要介绍了在受潮汐影响的水域施工钢板桩围堰,围堰过桥底等净空受限时,采取先在桥底填筑粘土围堰作为施工平台,然后在平台上反挖沟槽,在沟槽内利用静压植桩机插入钢板桩,在遇到下卧硬质砂层,静压植桩受阻时,预先采用旋喷桩机喷射优质泥浆进行地层改良,使钢板桩顺利就位,确保钢板桩围堰施工质量。
Abstract: This paper briefly introduces the construction of steel sheet pile cofferdams in waters affected by tides, and when the clearance of the cofferdams over the bridge bottom is limited, a clay cofferdam is firstly filled at the bottom of the bridge as a construction platform, and then a trench is dug on the platform. In the trench, the static pressure pile planting machine is used to insert the steel sheet piles. When the underlying hard sand layer is encountered and the static pressure planting pile is blocked, the rotary jet pile machine is used in advance to spray high-quality mud to improve the stratum, so that the steel sheet pile can be smoothly in place to ensure the construction quality of the steel sheet pile cofferdam.
