Ultra-high Pressure Hydraulic Infiltration Technology and Application of Outburst Extra-thick Coal Seam

摘要: 为了解决矿井瓦斯抽采效果差、钻孔垮孔严重、瓦斯抽采浓度低等问题。以赵家寨煤矿14201工作面为研究对象,在预抽煤层瓦斯时采用水力割缝增渗技术,分析了该技术的增透原理,并在14201工作面回风巷进行了对比试验。结果表明:水力化增渗技术与未割缝抽采技术相比,明显增加煤层的渗透性,增渗区域瓦斯含量明显降低,提高瓦斯抽采浓度和抽采效果,达到煤层消突的目的。
Abstract: In order to solve the problems of poor mine gas drainage effect, serious borehole collapse, and low gas drainage concentration. Taking the 14201 working face of Zhaojiazhai Coal Mine as the research object, the hydraulic slitting permeability enhancement technology is used in the pre-extraction of coal seam gas, and the principle of this technology is analyzed. The results show that compared with the unslit drainage technology, the hydraulic infiltration technology can obviously increase the permeability of the coal seam, and the gas content in the increased permeability area is obviously reduced, and the gas drainage concentration and drainage effect are improved, so as to achieve the purpose of eliminating coal seam outburst.
