摘要： 农业农村农民问题是关系到国计民生的根本性问题，当前农村高质量发展面临着诸多挑战，但同时也面临着重大机遇，农业科技助推农村高质量发展要遵循提升乡村治理水平、加快农业科技进步和提升乡村现代化基础服务能力等方面布局和完善。
Abstract: The problem of agricultural and rural farmers is a fundamental problem related to the national economy and the people's livelihood. At present, the high-quality development of rural areas is facing many challenges, but it also faces major opportunities. The promotion of rural high-quality development by agricultural science and technology should follow the layout and improvement of improving the level of rural governance, accelerating the progress of agricultural science and technology and improving the basic service capacity of rural modernization.
