Review of Data Quality Evaluation of Management Information System

摘要： 数据质量评价能为找出数据质量问题进而提升数据质量提供依据，通过对管理信息系统数据质量评价相关研究进行综述，为国内相关领域研究者提供参考。以管理信息系统数据质量评价相关的文献为研究对象，首先对数据质量的定义与维度进行研究界定，接着对数据质量评价指标、评价方法两个方面研究成果进行归纳，最后进行总结展望。通过整理归纳发现，当前对于管理信息系统数据质量的定义概念较多，但大都强调满足最终需求的程度。不同领域中数据质量维度和评价指标的划分各不相同，数据质量指标可划分为数据的基础要求、数据内容、效能作用三个维度。数据质量评价方法的研究成果较为丰富。简化明晰数据质量评价指标体系、扩充基于元数据的数据质量评价方法是今后研究的重点。
Abstract: Data quality evaluation can provide a basis for finding data quality problems and improving data quality. This paper reviews the related researches on data quality evaluation of management information system, and provides references for domestic researchers in related fields. Taking the literature related to management information system data quality evaluation as the research object, the definition and dimension of data quality are firstly defined, and then the research results of data quality evaluation indicators and evaluation methods are summarized, and finally the summary and prospect are made. Through sorting and summarizing, it is found that there are many definitions of data quality of management information system at present, but most of them emphasize the degree of meeting the final demand. Data quality dimensions and evaluation indicators are divided differently in different fields. Data quality indicators can be divided into three dimensions: basic requirements of data, data content and effectiveness. The research results of data quality evaluation methods are abundant. Simplifying and clarifying the data quality evaluation index system and expanding the data quality evaluation method based on metadata will be the focus of future research.
