Research on Safety Assessment and Control of Relocation Construction of Municipal Road Power Pipelines

摘要:为了降低市政道路电力管线迁改施工安全风险,本文依托某高速公路清湖南段市政道路工程110kV电力管线迁改工程,在遵循相关评估政策的前提下,通过有限元分析评价该工程中基坑开挖对桥台桩基的影响,分析结果表明,桥梁桩基最大变形其水平位移均满足相关规范的要求,并结合相关经验,提出了相应的施工安全控制措施,为后续类似市政道路电力管线迁改施工风险评估提供一定的理论指导。
Abstract: In order to reduce the safety risk of municipal road power pipeline relocation construction, this paper relies on the 110kV power pipeline relocation project of a municipal road project in the Qinghu Lake section of a highway, and on the premise of following relevant evaluation policies, evaluates the project's basic foundation through finite element analysis. The impact of pit excavation on the pile foundation of the bridge abutment. The analysis results show that the maximum deformation and the horizontal displacement of the bridge pile foundation meet the requirements of the relevant specifications, and combined with the relevant experience, the corresponding construction safety control measures are put forward to provide certain theoretical guidance for the subsequent risk assessment of the relocation of similar municipal roads and power pipelines.
