in Subway Station Projects

摘要：施工组织设计和方案对保证地铁车站工程的顺利实施具有重要的指导作用。论文总结了地铁施工方案、专项施工方案等特点；分析了不同阶段方案主要内容、特点和要求。通过对36个地铁车站方案案例分析，辨识出了项目方案编制存在完整性差、可读性差、针对性差等问题。最后提出了施工方案编制要领及要求，为工程师价值方案编制提供了指导和支持。
Abstract: The construction organization scheme play an important guiding role in ensuring the smooth implementation of the subway station project. This paper summarizes the subway construction scheme, and special construction scheme et al. The main contents, characteristics and requirements of planning in different stages are systematically analyzed. Through the analysis of 36 subway station scheme cases, it is found that the project scheme preparation has some problems, such as poor integrity, poor readability and poor pertinence. The solution idea of computer-based scheme preparation auxiliary system is put forward, which provides guidance and support for engineers to standardize scheme preparation.
