摘要:为了解冻结管布置形式对冻结温度场发展规律的影响,建立人工冻结温度场控制方程;对各层土样进行热物理性能试验,获取土体的冻结参数;在此基础上,建立三维冻结温度场数值计算模型,以设计冻结壁平均温度为指标,研究盐水温度对双排管冻结温度场的影响规律。研究结果表明冻结壁平均温度与盐水温度成近似线性关。研究结果为冻结设计提供参考。
Abstract: In order to solve the influence of freezing tube arrangement on the development law of freezing temperature field, the control equation of artificial freezing temperature field was established; The thermophysical properties of each layer of soil samples were tested to obtain the freezing parameters of the soil; On this basis, a three-dimensional numerical calculation model of freezing temperature field is established. Taking the average temperature of the designed freezing wall as the index, the effect of brine temperature on the double row tube freezing temperature field is studied. The results show that: The average temperature of freezing wall is approximately linear with the temperature of brine. The research results provide reference for freezing design.
