Research on the Application Value of BIM Technology in Construction Organization and Management

摘要: 建筑信息模型技术(BIM)在工程项目施工组织管理上的广泛应用,推动了我国建筑工程项目管理的数字化、智能化、高效协同化。本文结合西安某地铁停车场项目,基于BIM 技术建立信息化模型,在施工前期进行图纸审查、构件碰撞检查及综合管线优化。在施工过程中,通过BIM5D平台将现场实际情况和BIM模型进行对比,实现三维交底并及时发现施工错误及时更正,保证了工程的进度及质量,实现工程项目的精细化协同管理。
Abstract: The extensive application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in the construction organization and management of engineering projects has promoted the digitization, intelligence and efficient coordination of construction project management in my country. Combined with a subway parking lot project in Xi'an, this paper establishes an information model based on BIM technology, and conducts drawing review, component collision inspection and comprehensive pipeline optimization in the early stage of construction. During the construction process, the BIM5D platform is used to compare the actual situation on site with the BIM model to achieve three-dimensional disclosure and timely discover construction errors and correct them in time, which ensures the progress and quality of the project and realizes the refined collaborative management of the project.
