摘要: 随着耐磨材料、铸钢材料的不断升级与焊接技术研究的不断发展,中部槽的焊接方法出现大的变革,大量的焊接科技研究者不断将新型焊接方法应用在中部槽的焊接中。MAG复合焊接凭借焊缝熔深大、焊接接头间隙适应性好及焊接过程稳定的特点广泛应用于矿用中部槽焊接。在MAG复合焊接过程中,当热输入增加,碳迁移作用加剧,耐磨钢板焊接部位出现碳元素流失,形成脱碳层,导致耐磨钢板焊接侧面出现软化现象强度降低,焊接部位易出现热裂纹及焊接变形。本文针对矿用中部槽焊接变形控制工艺研究。
Abstract: With the continuous upgrading of wear-resistant materials and cast steel materials and the continuous development of welding technology research, the welding method of the central groove has undergone great changes. A large number of welding technology researchers continue to apply new welding methods to the welding of the central groove.MAG hybrid welding is widely used in mining central slot welding due to its characteristics of large weld penetration, good adaptability of welded joint gaps and stable welding process.In the process of MAG composite welding, when the heat input increases, the carbon migration is intensified, and the carbon element is lost in the welding part of the wear-resistant steel plate, forming a decarburized layer, which leads to the softening phenomenon on the welding side of the wear-resistant steel plate, and the strength decreases, and the welding part is prone to hot cracks. and welding deformation. In this paper, the research on welding deformation control technology of mining middle groove.
