Research on Safety Production Risk Identification of Expressway Construction Projects in Yunnan Province

摘要： 目前云南省高速公路建设规模大，建设项目地质复杂，桥隧比高，安全生产风险十分严峻，为落实企业安全生产主体责任，深化防范重大风险，遏制伤亡事故发生，国务院、交通运输部、省交通运输厅等上级单位下发了安全生产相关文件，要求企业落实安全生产风险分级管控和隐患排查治理双重预控工作机制，切实防范重大风险。本文依托交通工程建设安全生产风险辨识研究项目，对云南山区高速公路建设项目开展安全生产风险辨识研究工作，分析双控体系建设对云南高速公路建设项目安全管控的推进作用，为今后高速公路建设项目安全管控提供实践经验。
Abstract: At present, the construction scale of expressways in Yunnan Province is large. The construction projects are geologically complex. The ratio of bridges to tunnels is high. The risk of safety production is very serious. Higher-level units such as the State Council, the Ministry of Transport, and the Provincial Department of Transportation have issued relevant documents on production safety, requiring enterprises to implement a dual pre-control work mechanism for production safety risk classification management and hidden danger investigation and management, and effectively prevent major risks. Relying on the research project of safety production risk identification in traffic engineering construction, this paper carries out safety production risk identification research work on the Yunnan mountain expressway construction project, and analyzes the promotion effect of the dual control system construction on the safety management and control of Yunnan expressway construction project, and provides practical experience of security management for future expressway construction projects.
