"Double Cycle" New Development Pattern Helps Chuzhou Economy Develop with High Quality

摘要： 国内大循环主体的新发展格局下，产业链创新链融合发展是地方经济高质量发展的新思路。文章首先对滁州市基于“双链”运行现状进行系统梳理，发现仍存在基础研究原始支撑动力不足、产业结构不合理、科技成果转化率不足等显著问题。据此提出加强基础研究力度、优化创新资源分布、促进“双链”循环不同环节全面融合发展和服务链、资金链、政策链、人才链等多链多元化深度融合新发展思路，驱动滁州市经济高质量发展。
Abstract: Under the new development pattern of the major circulation in China, the integrated development of industrial chain innovation chain is a new idea of high-quality development of local economy. Firstly, the paper systematically combed the operation status of Chuzhou based on "double chain", and found that there were still significant problems such as insufficient original support power for basic research, unreasonable industrial structure and insufficient conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements. Based on this, this paper proposes a new development idea of strengthening basic research, optimizing the distribution of innovative resources, promoting the comprehensive integrated development of different links of the "double chain" cycle and the multi-chain diversified and in-depth integration of service chain, capital chain, policy chain and talent chain, so as to drive the high-quality development of Chuzhou's economy.
