A Comprehensive Method for Determining the Optimal Crude Oil Production Scale of Oil and Gas Enterprises

摘要：原油产量是油田企业最重要的生产决策，其不仅影响当期效益，也影响未来持续发展的产能基础。据此采用定量的综合评价方法，将产量的双重影响进行量化，实现原油产量决策对企业可持续发展能力的综合量化评估，通过对比不同产量规模下的综合评估结果优选最优的原油产量规模。其结果可为油公司年度原油产量规模决策提供重要的参考依据。
Abstract: Crude oil production is the most important production decision of oilfield enterprises, which not only affects the current benefit, but also affects the productivity basis of sustainable development in the future. Based on this, the quantitative comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to quantify the dual impact of output, so as to realize the comprehensive quantitative evaluation of crude oil production decision-making on the enterprise's sustainable development capability. The optimal crude oil production scale is selected by comparing the comprehensive evaluation results under different production scales. The results can provide an important reference for oil companies to make decisions on annual crude oil production scale.
