Research on Collaborative Innovation Strategy of Green Technology in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei under Sharing Economy

摘要:共享经济下京津冀绿色技术创新需要政产学研等多方主体的共同参与和协作。运用微分博弈模型研究了地方政府、企业和学研机构的绿色技术协同创新问题,考察动态框架下三方在非合作模式、成本分担模式下的博弈行为及其均衡策略。结果表明,相较于非合作模式,成本分担模式下企业和学研机构的绿色技术创新投入程度和绿色技术水平得到明显改善,改善强度为各自的最优补贴比例,同时创新体系的整体收益,以及三方各自的收益水平均得到显著提升。
Abstract: Under the sharing economy, green technology innovation in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei needs the joint participation of government, industry, universities and research institutes. In order to study the green technology innovation behavior of governments, enterprises and academic and research institutions, this paper investigates the equilibrium strategies in two different situations of non-cooperative model and cost-sharing model by using the differential game theory. The results show that, compared with the non-cooperative model, in the cost-sharing model, the green technology innovation efforts and benefits of the enterprises and academic and research institutions can be significantly improved. Meanwhile, the overall benefits of the innovation system and the respective benefits of the three parties have been significantly improved. The research results provide theoretical guidance for green technology innovation practice.
