Factors Affecting the Construction Quality of Prefabricated Buildings and Optimization Measures

摘要：随着装配式建筑在我国范围内的应用越来越广泛，许多装配式建筑工程的施工质量也出现了一些问题。在此基础上，本文通过阅读相关文献并结合层次分析法，选取了15个影响装配式建筑施工质量的影响因素，通过yaahp软件计算出各因素的占比，分析出主要的影响因素有预制构件生产质量不达标、操作人员技术水平、预制构件设计不合理及施工方与监理单位验收协调不充分，并以此提出相对应的改进措施，以期为今后的研究提供相应的参考。
Abstract: With the more and more extensive application of prefabricated buildings in China, there are some problems in the construction quality of many prefabricated building projects. On this basis, by reading relevant literature and combined with analytic hierarchy process, this paper selects 15 influencing factors affecting the construction quality of prefabricated buildings, calculates the proportion of each factor through Yaahp software, analyzes the main influencing factors and puts forward corresponding improvement measures, in order to provide corresponding reference for future research.
