Research on Post Evaluation of Engineering Construction Project

摘要：上世纪60年代开始，我国经济有了极大的发展，国家的大型项目所要求的水准也越来越高：以节约开支为前提，做到精准预算和科学化施工，并要求对项目主体工程的管理及实施都能控制在有效的运作体系中。每个工程项目的质量关乎到整个国家实力，所以对我国项目进行实际的后评价，可以总结经验，让更多的项目在科学体系的管理下，运行的更加的有序。这样才能有效的保证每个施工项目的顺利完工，更能促进项目建筑的质量的保证。
Abstract: Since the 1960s, China's economy has developed tremendously, and the standards required by national large-scale projects are getting higher and higher: on the premise of cost saving, accurate budget and scientific construction are achieved, and the management and implementation of the main project are required to be controlled in an effective operation system. The quality of each project is related to the strength of the whole country, so the actual post evaluation of our projects can sum up experience, so that more projects can operate more orderly under the management of a scientific system. Only in this way can we effectively ensure the smooth completion of each construction project and promote the quality assurance of project construction.
