Technical Control of New and Old Pavement Splicing Construction in Expressway Extension Project

摘要:高速公路改扩建工程中新、旧路各结构层之间的接缝处形成相错的台阶型式连接且拼接部位与车轮荷载位置相错设置,进而提高路面的承载力和耐久性,避免拼接后路面不均匀沉降等病害产生。通过改善施工工艺有效解决新老路拼接部位密水性和粘结性差、施工不方便、费时费力、密实度差,抗剪切和抗弯拉能力差等问题。大幅度加快了施工进度,间接降低了施工机械租赁成本,显著提高了扩建公路整体工程质量。
Abstract: In the highway reconstruction and extension project, the joints between the structural layers of the new and old roads form staggered step-type connections and the spliced parts are staggered with the wheel load positions, thus improving the bearing capacity and durability of the pavement and avoiding the uneven settlement of the pavement after splicing. By improving the construction technology, we can effectively solve the problems of poor water tightness and adhesion, inconvenient construction, time-consuming and labor-consuming, poor compactness, and poor shear and bending tensile resistance in the splicing parts of new and old roads. It has greatly accelerated the construction progress, indirectly reduced the construction machinery rental cost, and significantly improved the overall engineering quality of the expanded highway.
