Innovative Design of Cleaning Module for Resin Concrete Mixer Based on TRIZ

摘要:单卧轴混凝土搅拌机因其每班次或停机前要清洗搅拌筒、轴和叶片,针对其在清洗时操作不方便,难以清洗等不足,通过运用TRIZ理论(Teoriya Resheniya Izobreatatelskikh Zadatch“发明问题解决理论”)提出了一种嵌入式的搅拌机清洗模块的设计方法。运用TRIZ理论对搅拌机进行了清洗模块的创新设计,利用功能分析和冲突解决理论解决了设计过程中的问题,最终得到了清洗模块的设计方案。
Abstract: Because the mixing drum, shaft and blade of single horizontal shaft concrete mixer need to be cleaned before each shift or shutdown, in view of its inconvenient operation and difficult cleaning, a design method of embedded mixer cleaning module is proposed based on TRIZ theory (teoriya resheniya izobreatelskikh zadatch "inventive problem solving theory"). The innovative design of the cleaning module of the mixer is carried out by using TRIZ theory, the problems in the design process are solved by using function analysis and conflict resolution theory, and finally the design scheme of the cleaning module is obtained.
