摘要:一种燃气轮机旋流器内锥面上槽的加工方法,基于一个工装,包括一个底座,底座的中央设有孔,底座上平面同时设置了倾斜角,倾斜角度等于旋流器喇叭口的内锥面与轴线的角度,所述底座上安装一等高块,等高块的高度等于旋流器的高度,所述等高块固定在底座上;还包括定位板,定位板通过销轴固定在等高块上表面,并将旋流器夹持固定在定位板下表面与底座之间;旋流器的孔径与中央设有孔相通并用于穿过钼丝,旋流器喇叭口内锥面的工作窗口即线切割的工作面为底座上平面的最高点,加工的锥面内弧的槽用线切割机钼丝位于同一竖直直线方向加工。
Abstract: A processing method for the groove on the inner cone surface of a gas turbine hydrocyclone, based on a tooling, comprises a base, the center of the base is provided with a hole, and the upper plane of the base is simultaneously provided with a tilt angle, which is equal to the angle between the inner cone surface of the hydrocyclone bell mouth and the axis. An equal height block is installed on the base, the height of the equal height block is equal to the height of the hydrocyclone, and the equal height block is fixed on the base; The utility model also comprises a positioning plate which is fixed on the upper surface of the contour block through a pin shaft, and the hydrocyclone is clamped and fixed between the lower surface of the positioning plate and the base; The hole diameter of the hydrocyclone is connected with the hole set in the center and used to pass through the molybdenum wire. The working window of the inner cone surface of the hydrocyclone bell mouth, that is, the working surface of wire cutting, is the highest point of the upper plane of the base. The groove of the inner arc of the cone surface is processed with the molybdenum wire of the wire cutting machine in the same vertical straight direction.
