摘要:目前装配式建筑在建筑行业中的占比逐渐增加,装配式建筑工程与现浇式建筑工程的成本对比也成为了业内研究讨论的重要话题。本文的研究针对同一个项目进行装配式和现浇式设计,运用 BIM建模得出工程量并计算得出其成本进行对比分析。通过两者设计方案、工程总量、构件工程量、成本指标的对比,分析其存在的差异以及内在的原因。对装配式建筑成本偏高提出措施建议，为装配式建筑的发展提供参考，
Abstract: At present, the proportion of prefabricated building in the construction industry is gradually increasing, and the costcomparison between prefabricated building and cast-in-place buildings has become an important topic of research and discussion in theindustry. The research in this article focuses on the assembly and cast-in-place design of the same project, using BIM modeling to obtainthe engineering quantity and caleulate its cost for comparative analysis. By comparing the design schemes, total engineering quantity.component engineering quantity, and cost indicators between the two, this article analyzes the diferences and underdlying reasons. Somemeasures and suggestions for the high cost of Prefabricated building are put forward, providing a reference for the development ofprefabricated building
