摘要;本文重点探讨电镀车间块材耐酸防腐地面的施工技术,重点探讨耐酸防腐地面施工方法与步骤,包括配制树脂胶料、二布三涂一砂施工、铺砌花岗石板与粘贴耐酸瓷板等方面,研究结果表明,施工过程中,关键在于处理隔离层与块料面层位置施工,该工程施工所用材料具有易挥发、易燃易爆特性,因此施工中的安全问题应引起重视,做好安全预警措施。施工中应严格控制胶料和胶泥配比,为工程施工质量提供保障,天然耐酸防腐石材的花岗岩石板具有抗酸耐碱性能和良好的物理机械性能,适合在耐酸腐蚀车间使用
Abstract: This article focuses on the construction technology of acid resistant and anti-corrosion flooring for electroplating workshops,with a focus on exploring the construction methods and steps of acid resistant and anti-corrosion flooring, including the preparation of resinadhesive, the construction of two cloths, three coatings, and one sand, the laying of granite slabs, and the pasting of acid resistant ceramicplates. The research resuhts show that the key to the construction process is to handle the position of the isolation layer and the surface layerof the block material. The materials used in the construction of this project are volatile, flammable and explosive, so safety issues duringconstruetion should be taken seriously and safety warning measures should be taken During construction, strict control should be exercisedover the ratio of adhesive and mortar to ensure the quality of the project. The granite slate made of natural acid resistant and anti-corrosionstone has acid and alkali resistant properties and good physical and mechanical properties, making it suitable for use in acid resistant andcorrosion resistant workshops.
