Research on Zoning Operation Mode of High Back Pressure Condensers in Thermal Power Plants

摘要;高背压供热机组在供热同时可提升发电量,是火电厂在以热定电运行模式下增加收入的方式。某电厂2016年在国内开展1号机组350兆瓦超临界机组供热节能升级改造,但改造后受制于以热定电,1号机组灵活性大幅受限。特别是在供暖初期及末期,由于居民采暖需求量的大幅度减少,机组发电负荷上限受限,存在38%的发电负荷率时,部分时段供暖温度超供情况,为热量结算带来不良影响。据此,本文通过对供暖季水侧分区运行进行设计,有效解决了这一困扰。
Abstract: High back pressure heating units can increase power generation while providing heat, which is a way for thermal powerplants to increase revenue under the fixed power operation mode. In 2016, a certain power plant caried out energy-saving upgrading andrenovation of the 350 MW supereritical unit of Unit I in China, but the flexibility of Unit I was greatly limited due to the limitation ofdetermining electricity based on heat after the renovation. Especially in the early and late stages of heating, due to the significant reductionin residential heating demand, the upper limit of unit power generation load is limited, and there is a 38% power generation load rateDuring some periods, the heating temperature exceeds supply, which has a negative impact on heat settlement. Based on this, this articleeffectively solves this problem by designing the water side zoning operation during the heating season.
