Research on Route Optimization of Fresh Cargo Collection Based on Improved Genetic Algorithm

摘要;文章结合草莓易腐特性,单独考虑运载车空载和负载情况下的油耗成本、不同路段制冷成本,建立了带集货时间约束和车辆载重约束的以集货成本最小的路径规划模型,设计改进了求解最优集货路线的遗传算法,选取辽宁省丹东市某浆果合作社草莓集货案例进行仿真实验。结果表明;改进遗传算法可以得到近似最优解,优化后的集货运输方案可实现降本增效,为合作社的货路径规划和选择提供了科学的理论依据和决策支持。
Abstract: Combined with the perishable characteristics of strawberries, this paper separately considers the fuel consumption cost andrefrigeration cost of different road sections under the condition of no load and load of the carier vehicle, establishes a path planning modelwith the lowest collection cost with the collection time constraint and the vchicle load constraint, designs and improves the genetic algorithmfor solving the optimal collection route, and selects the strawbery collection case of a berry cooperative in Dandong City, Liaoning Provincefor simulation experiments. The results show that the improved genetic algorithm can obtain an approximate optimal solution, and theoptimized collection and transportation scheme can reduce costs and increase efficiency, which provides a scientific theoretical basis anddecision-making support for the planning and selection of cargo routes of cooperatives.
