Accurate Positioning Installation Technology of Cable Saddle for Low Tower Cable-stayed Bridge

摘要:高速铁路大跨径桥梁建设中,矮塔斜拉桥因结构尺寸较小,桥梁跨越能力比其他桥型较大等优点被广泛运用。矮塔斜拉桥主塔施工时,分丝管索鞍精确定位安装常常是施工重点和难点,本文以六律邕江特大桥为工程依托,分析了索鞍精确定位安装施工工艺,总结了矮塔斜拉桥索鞍安装技术重难点及相应解决方案,提出了索鞍安装质量保证措施,旨在提高施工质量,降低施工风险,为今后类似工程提供参考。
Abstract: In the construction of long-span bridges of high-speed railway, extradosed cable-stayed bridges are widely used because oftheir small structural size and larger span capacity than other bridge types. During the constction of the main tower of the low-pyloncable-stayed bridge, the precise positioning and installation of the cable saddle is often the key and difficult point of construction. Based onthe Liuly Yongjiang Bridge, this paper analyzes the construction technology of the precise positioning and installation of the cable saddlle,summarizes the key and difficut points of the cable saddle installation technology of the low -pylon cable -stayed bridge and thecorresponding solutions, and puts forward the quality assurance measures of the eable saddle installation, aining at improving theconstruction quality and reducing the construction risk, which can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
