摘要:近年来,国内高速铁路轨道设计多采用CRTS双块式无砟轨道型式,受工作空间限制,尤其是特大桥梁地段无砟道床与桥面系交义作业频繁,施工组织难度较大,同时无砟轨道容易出现底座及道床板混凝土表面开裂、枕肩四角出现放射裂纹、混凝土收面质量观感差、结构线性不顺直、轨道几何状态不平顺造成扣件更换率增大等常见共惯性质量问题,本文主要以问题为导向,通过研究如何合理策划施工组织方案来便利现场施工,如何优化工艺工装来解决常见共惯性质量通病,
Abstract: In recent years, the domestic high-speed railway track design mostly adopts the CRTS double block ballastless track type,which is limited by the working space, especially the frequent eross operation between the ballastless track bed and the bridge deck systemin the super large bridge section, making the construction organization more difficult. At the same time, the ballastless track is prone tocommon inertia quality problem such as scracks on the concrete surface of the base and the track bed slab, radiation cracks on the fourcorners of the sleeper shoulder, poor appearance of the concrete finish quality, structural linear irregularity, increased replacement rate offasteners due to uneven geometric state of the track. This article is mainly problem oriented and studies how to reasonably plan construetionorganization plans to facilitate on-site construction, and how to optinize process tooling to solve common inertia quality problems.
