Design and Safety Analysis of Bracket for Block 0 of Low Tower Cable-stayed Bridge

摘要;矮塔斜拉桥0号块最常采用的是托架法施工,这就要求托架要有足够的强度来支撑施工荷载,本文以成达万高铁渠江特大桥为背景,详细阐述了其0号块托架结构体系的设计,在此基础上,采用有限元方法建立0号块托架三维空间模型,详细考虑了不同工况下托架的受力特性,分析其强度、刚度及稳定性。有关经验对同类型的桥梁0号块托架的设计与施工具有一定的借鉴作用.
Abstract:The most common use of the bracket method for the No.0 block of the short tower cable-stayed bridge is the bracketmethodl, which requires the bracket to have sufficient strength to suppot the construction load, this paper takes the Chenglawan high-speedrailway Quijiang Special Bridge as the background, elaborates the design of the No. 0 block bracket structural system.On this basis, thefinite element method is used to establish the three-dimensional space model of the No. 0 block brackel, and the force characteristics of thebracket under different working conditions are considered in detail, and its strength, stillness and stability are analyzed. The relevantexperience has a certain reference role for the design and construction of the No. 0 block bracket of the same type of bridge
