Study on Proportion of CO Source in Return Corner of Working Face in Low Metamorphic Coal Seam

摘要:通过程序升温实验研究了煤样在不同温度下的CO产生速率,经拟合实验数据得到了煤矿井下不同温度条件下煤体的CO产生速率;通过对工作面进风巷至回风巷沿线测点的观测,得到了非生产时期和生产时期采煤工作面CO浓度场、温度场及遗煤厚度分布规律,经计算得到了非生产时期和生产时期采煤工作面不同区域煤体对回风隅角CO浓度的贡献及占比。结果表明:工作面CO浓度场的分布是由煤体的温度场决定的,回风隅角的CO气体来源于后溜条带状浮煤的占比在64.3%以上,来源于采空区的占比不高于35.7%,后溜机尾区域产生的大量CO气体主要是由后馏机尾的电机温度及该区域浮煤量来控制,回风隅角CO超限防治的重点区域是133#架至回风隅角对应的后溜区域。
Abstract: The CO production rate of coal samples at different temperatures was studlied by temperature programmed experiment, andthe CO production rate of coal samples at different temperatures in coal mines was obtained by fiting the experimental data.Through theobservation of the measuring points along the imlet roadway to the returm airway of the working face, the distribution laws of coconcentration field, temperature field and residhual coal thickness of the working face in the non-production period and production periodwere obtained. Through calculation, the contribution and proportion of coal bodly in different regions of the working face in the non-production period and production period to the CO concentration in the returm airway comer were obtained. The results show that thedistribution of CO concentration field in the working face is detemined by the temperature field of the coal bodly.'The propotion of CO gasin the corner of the return air is more than 64.3% from the strip floating coal in the back chute, and the proportion of CO gas from the goafis not more than 35.7% .The large amount of CO gas produced in the tail area of the back chute is mainly controlled by the motortemperature and the amount of coal floating in the area. The key area of C0 overmrun prevention in the comer of the retum air is the backchute area from 133 # frame to the corner of the return air.
