摘要:黄河防汛抗旱任务十分艰巨,且其具有长期性以及复杂性等的特征.现阶段,我国防汛抗旱信息化建设已经开始依据大数据、大平台等的思路进行集成建设,其会以云技术黄河云平台当做基石,融合基础设施资源、平台资源等多类云技术,给上层防汛抗旱业务的开展提供服务.本文主要就云技术在黄河防汛抗旱信息化建设中的应用进行探究,分析黄河信息化防汛抗旱工作的特征,发挥出云技术应用在黄河防汛抗旱信息化建设当中的作用和价值。
Abstract: The task of flood control and drought relief in the Yellow River is extremely challenging. and it has characteristics such aslong-term and complexity. At this stage, China's flood control and drought relief informatization construction has begun to be integratedbhased on the ideas of big data, big platform, etc. It will take the cloud technology Yellow River cloud platform as the cornerstone, integrateinfrastructure resources, platform resources and other cloud technologies, and provide services for the upper flood control and drought reliefbusiness. This article mainly explores the application of cloud technology in the informationization construction of fod control and droughtrelief in the Yellow River, analyzes the characteristics of the informationization work of flood contol and drought relief in the Yellow River,and demonstrates the role and value of cloud technology application in the informationization constuction of fod control and drought relifin the Yellow River.
