Application of Directional Long Boreholes in Water Prevention and Control in Coal Mine Faces

摘要:随着对煤炭资源开发强度和开采深度的不断增加,准格尔煤田某矿6号煤层受煤层底板下伏奥陶系灰岩高承压水和煤层顶板山西组砂岩水的危害日益加剧,威胁矿井安全生产-,基于此,通过布置定向长钻孔,对工作面顶、底板富水性及导水构造发育情况探查,并进行顶板砂岩水疏放和底板注浆改造,实现了煤层底板导水裂隙封堵,增加了底板有效隔水层厚度,保障工作面安全回采/4-8l.
Abstract: With the contiuous increase in the intensity and depth of coal resource development, the 6th coal seam of a certain mine inZhungeer Coalfield is increasingly threatened by the high pressure water of the Ordlvician limestone under the coal seam flor and thesandstone water of the ShanxiFormation of the coal seam rool, posing a threat to the safety of mine prodluction.Based on ths, by amrangingdirectional long boreholes to explore the water abundance and development of water conducting structures on the top and bottom of theworking face, and conducting water drainage and grouting transformation on the top and bottom of the rof sandstone, the water conductingeracks on the coal seam floor have been sealed, the effective thickness of the water resisting layer on the bottom has been increased, andthe safe mining of the working face has been ensured.
