Design of Detection Circuit for Current Waveform Measurement of Wireless Sensor Network Nodes

摘要:为了延长续航能力,要求无线传感网络(WSNs)节点具有低功耗性能。在设计和测试时对WSNs节点的工作电流测试具有重要价值。由于电流波形测试设备昂贵,本文基于ZXCT1010电流传感器,设计了具有自动量程功能的电流波形测量电路,采样PMOS管作为不同量程采样电阻的选取开关,STM32单片机对ZXCT1010芯片的电流转换电压采样,并判断分析,控制PMOS管通断,实现量程的自动化转换。对比测试了1uA~1A范围内不同数量级电流,结果表明最大误差仅有5%,证实了该电路具有较高的检测精度.用该电路对一个WSNs节点的工作电流波形进行了测量,发现可以实现不同工作状态电流的测试,量程自动转换。该电路的研制,能够为WSNs节点的设计和测试提供较好的方案。
Abstract: In order to extend battery life,wireless sensor networks(WSNs) nodes are required to have low power consumptionperformance. Testing the working curent of WSNs nodes during design and testing is of great value. Due to the high cost of currentwaveform testing equipment, this article designs a curent waveform measurement circuit with automatic range function based on theZXCT1010o current sensor.'The sampling PMOS transistor serves as a selection switch for sampling resistors of different ranges. The STMB32microcontroller samples and analyzes the curent conversion voltage of the ZXCT1010 chip, contrmls the onloff of the PMOS transistor, andachieves automatic range conversion.The currents of dfferent onders of magnitude within the range of luA~1A are compared and tested.The results show that the maximum emor is only 5% , confirming that the circuit has high detection accuracy . The working current waveformof a WSNs node was measured using this circuit, and it was found that different working state curents can be tested and the range can beautomatically converted. The development of this circuit can provide a better solution for the design and testing of WSNs nodes.
