Research and Design of Intelligent Emergency Management System for Expressway

摘要:按照“平时监管、战时调度"的平战结合的思路,围绕高速公路应急管理业务,以实时性、实用性、便捷性为研究原则,从高速公路应急管理的问题及需求分析、系统技术架构、系统功能设计三个层次进行分析与研究,提出一整套从路网运行监测,现场协同处置、应急综合管理三个维度的应急管理系统设计思路,可为高速公路应急管理工作提供有力的技术支撑。
Abstract:Accordling to the idea of "peacetime supervision and wartime dispatching" , centering on the expressway emergencymanagement business,,and taking real-time,practicality and econvenience as the research principles, the paper analyzes and studies theexpressway emergency management problems and needs analysis,system technical architecture,and system function design from threelevels,and proposes a complete set of emergency management system design ideas from three dimensions: moad network operationmonitoring,on -site collaborative disposal, and emergency comprehensive management, which can provile strong technical suppot foremergency management work on highways.
