Application of Activated Carbon Adsorption Catalytic Combustion Technology in Waste Gas from Waterborne Paint Painting

摘要:作者针对湖南某企业涂装废气风量大.浓度低的特点,将活性炭吸附-催化燃烧技术用于治理水性漆涂装废气。该技术工艺主要采用“预处理+活性炭吸附+脱附催化燃烧”工艺,经检测,治理后的废气的质量浓度小于10mg/m' ,总去除效率可达85%以上,可稳定达标排放。
Abstract: Aiming at the characteristics of high air volume and low concentration of coating waste gas in a certain enterprise in Hunanprovince,the author applies the activated carbon adsorption catalytic combustion technology to trat waste gas from watertborme paintpainting. The technical process mainly adopts the process of "fpretreatment (dry filtration)&activated carbon adsorptiondesorption catalyticcombustion". After detection, the mass concentration of the treated waste gas is less than 10 mg/mi', the total removal efficiency can reachmore than 85%%,and the emission can be stably up to the standard.
