摘要:航空发动机高空模拟试验是发动机系统试验的关键环节之一.针对高空台试验因素多﹑层次复杂的问题,研究改进好格子点法进行均匀设计,并结合遗传算法进行优化设计的试验设计方法。通过典型方案验证,表明相对正交设计的试验优化率可以达到92.593%,本文提出的试验设计方法对于高空台试验是可行的。
Abstract: Aero-engine high-altitude simulation test is one of the key aspects of engine system test. Aiming at the problems of manyfactors and complex levels in the high-altitude bench test, the test design method of improving the good lattice point method for uniformdesign and combining genetic algorithm for optimal design is studlied. Through the verification of the typical scheme, it is shown that the testoptimization rate of relative orthogonal design can reach 92.593% , and the test design method proposed in this paper is feasible for thehigh-altitude bench test.
