摘要:A企业拟将现有车间制造机从传统生产管理纳入具有实时回馈数据的生产管理系统,并提升为云端管理的环境,通过分析现有智能应用关键技术,本研究采用IOT技术实现加工机生产的实时数据采集,结合WiFi.NAS及云端管理技术,与自行开发软硬件系统,使其能应用于各类生产单位现有传统加工制造机,将其纳入智能生产管理系统的解决方案,本研究将传统生产数据通过生产信息集成化.信息采集智能化.出品计数精确化.远程监管可视化,实现将传统生产制造车间转型升级为高度自动化.信息化、集成化的智能生产管理系统。
Abstract: Company A plans to integrate the existing workshop manufacturing machine from traditional prodluction management into aproduction management system with real-time feedback data, and upgrade it to a cloud management environment. By analyzing the keylechnologies of existing inelligent applications, this stutdy adopts lOT technology to achieve real-time data collection for machining machineproduction,combined with WiFi,NAS, and cloudl management technology, and self-developed sotware and harlware systems to enablethem to be applied to existing traditional machining and manufacturing machines in various prorluction units, and incorporated them into thesolution of intelligent protduction management systems. In this studly, the traditional production data will e transformed and upgraded into ahighly automated,information-based and integrated intelligent production management system through prorluction inlomation integration,intelligent information collection, accurate product count, and remote supervision visualization.
