摘要:工程规划方案是新建市政道路项目办理建设工程规划许可证的前置要件,其中雨水管网设计因需对竖向进行优先控制而成为道路工程规划方案编制与审查的重点，本文以成都医学城B区天王西一路项目为例,对其雨水管网工程方案设计的问题、思路.方法与过程进行了详细阐述,提出了一些经验办法,供相关部门与业内人士探讨。
Abstract: The engineering plamning plan is a prerequisite for obtaining a constnuction engineering planning permit for a new municipalroad project, and the design of rainwater pipe network has become the focus of the preparation and review of the rad engineering planningplan due to the need for priority conltrol of the vertical direction. This article takes the Tianwang West lst Road project in Zone B ofChengtluMedical City as an example to provide a detailed explanation of the problems，ideas，methods, and processes involved in thedesign of its rainwater pipe network engineering scheme.Some experience and methods are proposed for relevant departments and industryinsiders to explore.
