Exploring the Path of Intelligent Transformation in Emergency Material Storage Management

摘要:应急管理是国家治理体系和治理能力的重要组成部分,推进“智慧应急”建设,提高应急物资储备管理信息化水平,促进应急处置响应效率和应急物资快速调配,迫切需要应急物资仓储管理智能化转型。文章深刻剖析应急物资智能化仓储管理的现状和存在的问题,有针对性地提出加强应急物资仓储管理智能化转型的顶层设计,提升应急物资智能化仓储管理技术水平,建立适应应急物资特征的仓储硬件分类解决方案、加强应急物资智能化仓储管理专业化人才队伍建设等路径选择,为应急物资储备管理信息化水平提升提供对策建议。
Abstract: Emergency management is an important component of the national governance system and govermance capacity. To promotethe construction of "smart emergency " improve the informatization level of emergency material reserve management, promote the efficiencyof emergency response and the rapid allocation of emergency malterials， there is an urgent need for the intelligent transformation ofemergency material storage management. The article deeply analyzes the current situation and existing problems of intelligent sltoragemanagement of emergency materals, and proposes tareted top-level designs to strengthen the intelligent transformation of emergencymaterial storage management,improve the technical level of intelligent sltorage management of emergency materials，establish hardwareclassication solutions that adapt to the characteristics of emergency materials, and strengthen the construction of professional talent teamsfor itelligent storage management of emergency malterials, to provide countermeasures and suggestions for improving the informatizationlevel of emergency material reserve management.
