摘要:介绍了1250mm 口径低温泵的设计及计算,详细列出壳体、吸附阵、冷屏、障板等部件的设计。文中对壳体强度,冷屏、胀板和冷凝板的热负荷进行设计计算、性能测试方法以及结果进行了详细计算,通过测试和计算的结果进行比对,确认了设计的正确性。
Abstract: This article introduces the design and calculation of a 1250mm caliber low-temperature pump, detailing the design ofcomponents such as the shell, adsorption array, cold screen, and bafle. The design calculation,perfomance testing methodl, and results ofthe shel strength, thermal load of the cold shield, expansion plate,and condensation plate were detailed in the article. The correctness ofthe design was confirmed by comparing the results of the testing and calculation.
