Research on Construction Technology of Long Span Cantilever Continuous Beam Over Existing Line

摘要;本文主要介绍了在新建杭淳开高速公路上跨湖杭铁路立交工程施工中,由于该高速公路采用大跨度连续梁上跨湖杭铁路,使得连续梁在施工过程中对既有铁路造成很大安全风险和隐患,同时也对梁体线形控制提出了很高要求。为确保梁体施工质量和施工安全,降低施工安全风险,项目部对该连续梁挂篮结构进行合理布置并对其受力性能进行计算复核,确保挂篮受力满足要求,同时对梁体施工中的关键工艺严格把控,并在过程中加强线形监控监测。通过一系列措施,不但安全顺利地完成了该连续梁的施工,而且梁体施工质量及外观线形也都满足相关要求.该大跨度连续梁上跨既有铁路所涉及的施工工艺及线性控制技术也为后续类似施工提供了借鉴和参考。
Abstract:This article mainly introduces the construction of the Huhang Railway overmpass project on the newly built HangzhouChunkai Expressway. Due to the use of large-span continous hbeams on the expressway , the continuous beams pose significant safety risksand hioden dangers to the existing railway during the construction process. At the same time, high requirements are also put forward for thecontrol of the beam shape. In order to ensure the construction quality and safety of the beam bodly, and reduce constuction safety risk , theprojeet department has arranged the continous beam hanging basket structure reasonably and calculated and reviewed is stressperfomance to ensure that the hanging basket meels the requirements. At the same time, key processes in the beam construction are strictlycontrolled, and linear monitoring and monitoring are strengthened during the process.Through a series of measures,not only was theconstruction of the continuous beam safely and smoohly compleledl, but the construction quality and appearance of the beam also met therelevant requirements. The construction process and linear control technology involved in the overpass of the larre span contintous beamover the existing railway also provide reference for similar construction in the future.
